Lucas Moon is the president of the Hawthorn RSL Sub-branch, Victoria's largest non-commercial RSL clubs representing aroung 240 Service Members. He speaks to AVN's Mark Schroffel about member engagement initiatives at Hawthorn. He also takes a look at the results of AVN's 2020 Veteran Wellbeing and Engagment Survey to draw out insights and priorities for governement and the ex-services sector.
